Why we collect it

• To respond to your enquiry or arrange a conversation.
• To send material you have asked for, such as the platform overview.
• To call you back where you have requested a call.

The lawful basis is your consent, given when you submit a form, and our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries you initiate.

What we do not do

We do not sell your information. We do not share it with third parties for their marketing. We do not add you to a mailing list you did not ask for.

Retention

We keep enquiry information for as long as needed to handle your enquiry and any resulting business relationship, and no longer than necessary.

You may ask us at any time what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email info@turflogic.ai and we will act promptly. If you are in the UK or EU you also have the right to complain to your data protection authority.
